Hauntie Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use Hauntie for Android, made by Gadam Magtymov, who publishes as Point 13 (“we”, “us”). By using the app, you agree to them. Google Play’s own terms also apply to how you get the app.
Using the app
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use Hauntie on your devices for your own entertainment. Please don’t copy, sell, modify or reverse engineer the app or its content, except where the law allows it.
Our content
The stories, characters, pictures, text and design in Hauntie belong to us. Every case is fiction: the ghosts, characters and events are invented, and real places are used only as settings.
Your privacy
How the app handles data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and availability
We may update the app, add or change cases, or stop offering it. We will try to keep your saved progress, but we can’t promise it in every case.
No warranty
Hauntie is provided as it is. We work to keep it running well, but we can’t promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using the app. This doesn’t limit any liability that can’t be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top.
